The Management of OkeOgun Green Estates has announced the full subscription of its premier Green Estate, Commonwealth Green Estate Okeho, stating that the estate will not be having a second phase despite increased demand fr2om intending subscribers.

The company in a statement made available to newsmen declared that it has decided against expansion to focus its efforts on developing the current estate as a model for other green estates across OkeOgun.
According to the statement signed by the Project Coordinator, Oloye Bola Olalere, the company expressed gratitude to patrons of Commonwealth Green Estate Okeho and congratulated them for being part of the pioneers.
“The decision to halt expansion is driven by our commitment to build a high-quality, fully serviced gated estate that aligns with our vision of providing comfortable accommodation in a serene country-side environment.” -the statement reads.
“The estate has seen rapid appreciation and development, exceeding initial projections. What we thought will take us 10 years is now taking us just 3 years,” the management said -citing the influence of several significant government projects in the area.
The proximity of the estate to the new College of Agriculture and Renewable Energy of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) and the newly approved Federal University of Agriculture and Technology, Okeho (FUNATO) is a major factor in the accelerated growth, the management said.
“To expedite development, physical allocation of plots will be granted immediately to all subscribers who have fully paid. The management is also offering a convenient installment payment plan for building materials, allowing subscribers to access up to 2,500 blocks and cement from the company for the development of their plots. Subscribers are encouraged to begin development as soon as possible, and not later than two years after physical allocation..” -the statement reads further.
Commonwealth Green Estate is meticulously planned with distinct Commercial and Residential zones. To ensure a cohesive and green environment, the estate will operate a Central Water System. This approach aims to prevent the environmental impact of numerous individual water sources. The estate is also strategically located along a new 33kva dedicated power line from Iseyin, providing a direct connection to the National Grid.
Security is a top priority, with permanent security guards employed for the past two years. The management will also collaborate with other security agencies to ensure the safety of all residents.
Meanwhile, Commonwealth Estate, Okeho’s management specifically acknowledged the bulk purchases made by Okeho Develpoment Association ODA (Ajah branch,, Lagos) and Ogo Oluwa Cooperative Society Okeho, thanking them for their early support which contributed significantly to the estate’s success.
