In a recent community outreach effort on Wednesday, July 30th, the United Minds Progressive Club demonstrated its commitment to supporting education by distributing school uniforms and sandals to pupils in two basic schools.

The initiative, driven by the club’s desire to boost pupils’ confidence and promote education as a tool for poverty alleviation, provided essential items to pupils who are in need.
At 2nd Baptist Basic School in Bode, Okeho, the club distributed 13 school uniforms. Following this, the outreach team visited 1st Baptist Basic School in Isemi-Ile, where they provided 14 uniforms and 11 pairs of sandals.
According to a representative from the club, the donations are a testament to the power of goodwill, with the goal of inspiring pupils to embrace their education. The club acknowledges that while these contributions are a significant step, a substantial need for further support remains. Many students still lack proper uniforms, sandals, school bags, books, and other crucial learning materials.
The United Minds Progressive Club is calling on individuals and organizations to join its mission to support the next generation of leaders.
The club welcomes donations and is prepared to receive and deliver contributions to help provide more pupils with the necessary resources to succeed in their education.
