Senator Alli celebrates ex-IBNELG boss, Naheem Oluokun at 60
Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has extended warm birthday wishes to Alhaji Naheem Ladi Oluokun, a former Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, on his 60th birthday.
This is contained in a congratulatory message issued by his Media Office and made available to newsmen on Friday in Ibadan.
Alli described Oluokun as a visionary leader, grassroots mobiliser, and committed progressive whose contributions to the development of Ibadan North-East and the political growth of Oyo State remain commendable.
He lauded Oluokun’s dedication to good governance, party loyalty and service to humanity, saying these virtues have earned him respect and admiration across political divides.
“On this milestone birthday, I join family, friends and political associates in celebrating a man of honour, humility, and purpose. May Almighty Allah grant him long life, sound health, and continued grace,” he said.
Senator Alli prayed that Oluokun’s new age would usher in greater achievements, inner peace, and divine favour in all his endeavours.
He urged the celebrant to continue to uphold the ideals of service and patriotism that have defined his public life.
Alli reaffirmed his commitment to supporting experienced leaders like Oluokun who have contributed immensely to grassroots development and democratic growth in Oyo State.
