Leaders and members of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in the Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Iwajowa/Kajola Federal Constituency of Oyo State have expressed their deep appreciation to Hon. Mulikat Akande Adeola, former Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, for sponsoring Iftar meals during Ramadan 1446.

The Iftar meals were presented to members on March 25th, coinciding with the 25th day of Ramadan. The event, held at the Wilmarie Event Centre in Okeho, Kajola Local Government Area, also featured an inspiring lecture by Sheikh (Dr.) Isiaq Olanrewaju Mogaji.
Sheikh Mogaji emphasized that individuals could hinder their potential for greatness by dwelling on poverty, focusing on hypocrites, and obsessively pursuing material wealth.

He also stated that politics, when practiced with the sincere intention of serving humanity and society, is an act of Ibadah (worship). He encouraged active political participation while urging attendees to avoid actions that deviate from the ethical standards of politics.
The Guest Lecturer commended the SDP leaders and members for their continued dedication to the party. He noted that the party, once thought to be fading, is now attracting significant political figures nationwide.

Alhaji Lawal Adebare Rauf, the Constituency Leader and Chairman of the Elders’ Forum in Oke-Ogun, while speaking to acrossnigerianews.com, on behalf of the SDP leaders and members, lauded Hon.
