seyin-born Legal Luminary, Alhaji Ahmed Raji SAN has welcomed the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Abubakar Sa’ad and other people of eminence to Iseyin, Iseyin Local Government, Area of Oyo State.
Sultan arrived Iseyin home residence of the renowned legal Icon on Wednesday, in his preparedness for the commissioning of Iseyin Central Mosque that is billed for Thursday, 22nd February.
Ahmed Raji SAN received the Sultan of Sokoto, who is also doubles as the Chairman, Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs(NSCIA), and other dignitaries who are to attend the commissioning of gigantic central mosque.
Among the notable dignitaries who had arrived Iseyin for the commisioning of the central mosque are notable muslims from northern part of the country, lawyers, jurists and friends of the legal icon.
In recognition of Sultan of Sokoto and other eminent personalities in Iseyin, the Aseyin of Iseyinland, HRM Oba Sefiu Oyeboola Ajirotutu1 , Aseyin-in-Council, the Chief Imam of Iseyin, Imam Olajori and other notable Muslims have all thronged SAN’s residence to welcome him, and others.
Will all indications, all arrangements needed for fruition of the programme have been made, as all and sundry are visiting the mosque to view its new aesthetic outlook.
