Some overzealous supporters of Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola went to town recently, in celebration of a purported ” endorsement” of the latter as Governor of Ogun state in 2027 by the former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo.
Ambassador Tunji Isola is one of the gubernatorial Aspirants for the position of Governor of Ogun state in 2027 under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
According to a propaganda released by the Tunji Isola Media, the former Ambassador visited their Principal in his home and endorsed his aspiration as Governor for 2027.
Unfortunately for the Media minders of Ambassador Tunji Isola and their Principal, the purported endorsement by the former President raises questions rather than serving as an advantage.
Ambassador Tunji Isola is presently in the APC but the Elderly Statesman who purportedly endorsed him is known to be the underground arrowhead of the Coalition trying to unseat President Bola Ahmed Tinubu through the ADC in 2027.
Before now, tongues have been wagging about certain influential members of the APC across several states of the Federation, who have been hobnobbing with the Coalition Party in secret.
What will a discerning mind think about this suspicious ” endorsement” of Ambassador Tunji Isola by Chief Obasanjo?

Ambassador Tunji Isola must have connections with the opposition ADC and the visit and his purported endorsement by the former President are clear pointers to that suspicion.
