As part of his efforts to alleviate poverty among the people of Iseyinland, Iseyin Local Government, Area of Oyo State, Aseyin, Oba Sefiu Olawale Oyebola Adeyeri III has empowered his subjects with Sewing Machines and Hairs Dryers.
In his address while presenting the items to the beneficiaries at his palace on Tuesday, Oba Oyebola declared that he enjoyed the support of Chief Ajibola Alayande Oluwalogbon who donated five pieces each of Sewing Machines and Hair Dryers to the beneficiaries.
He declared that the Iyaloja of Oyo, Princess Folashade Azeezat Abeo earlier donated a Sewing Machine and Hair Dryer to Aseyin who eventually gave the items to two of his subjects immediately in the presence of Iyaloja, Oluwalogbon and some other prominent personalities.
Oba Oyebola on behalf of the beneficiaries thanked the two benefactors for being partners in progress while advising the beneficiaries to make best use of the opportunities given to them.
He further admonished the beneficiaries to try in their own little way to extend similar gestures to their customers so that they will he blessed in returns.
Speaking on behalf of other beneficiaries, Mr Rasaq Oluwatoyin thanked Aseyin Oyebola for his efforts that resulted to given out the items to them by the donors while he asserted that the equipment will surely help them especially now that things are too tight for the downtrodden masses like them in the country.
He also appreciated the philanthropic gestures of Iyaloja and Chief Oluwalogbon who reached out to them through Aseyin praying that the duo shall continue to prosper in all their undertakings.
The beneficiaries include Adeleke Serifat, Ogungbenro Suliat, Hammed Kaosara, Saheed Yetunde and Oloyede Abibat.
Others were Komolafe Tunrayo, Adepoju Racheal, Salaudeen Nafisat, Azeez Aminat and Fabunmi Joseph.
