- Deputy National President For Cattle Breeders & Dealers, Alh Salau Maruf Extols Virtues of Award’s Recipient

The stakeholders of Western Youth Development Forum(WYDEF) have decorated the Seriki Fulani of Oyo State, Alhaj Ambassador Yakub Bello as the Patron of the organisation.
The epoch making occasion took place on Monday, 8th July, 2024 at KM2, Kara Iseyin, Iseyin Local Government, Area of Oyo State.
Alhaj Ambassador Usman Garuba and Prince Oyedele Sunday were the stakeholders who decorated the patron with award’s presentation, while others like Alhaja Ambassador Bola Grace Garuba, Alhaj Musa Abdullah, Comrade Ahmed Olukotun and well wishers watched the event with smiles and attentiveness.
While speaking, the National President of WYDEF, Prince Oyedele Sunday disclosed that, the ‘Ambassador of Youth and Pillar of Support Award’ to Alhaj Yakub Bello was done in recognition of his selfless service to humanity and contributions towards peaceful coexistence, Youth Development and Nation Building.
Earlier, Prince Sunday hinted that the purpose of creating WYDEF about seven(7) years ago was at the instance of building and sustaining collaboration and synergy among all tribes in order to ensure oneness and peaceful coexistence.
He itemised Security, Education and Culture & Acts as the three major reasons that precipitated the establishment of the organisation, and upon which it would keep pursuing the aims and objectives.
In his reiteration, Alhaj Ambassador Usman Garuba reiterated that WYDEF is in place to ascertain that youths across the country are sensitised and reorientated on needs to imbibe good behaviour and character to synergize with one another.
Alhaj Salau Maruf,the Deputy National President, for National Association of Cattle Breeders and Dealers, described Alhaj Ambassador Yakub Bello as a man who deserves the new title which has been added to his name.
Alhaj Maruf characterized Ambassador Yakub Bello as an epitome of simplicity, impeccable character, sincerity, and nobility who usually harps on oneness, love and peaceful coexistence.
The Alageere of Ago-Are, HRM Alhaj Oba Uthman Oyetunde Azeez(JP) lauded WYDEF stakeholders for taking bull by the horn, in their firm eagerness and readiness to contribute their own quotas to the development of the country.
The Monarch however showered encomiums on the new Patron of the organisation on his receipt of award, which he described as a square peg in a square hole.
The Seriki Hausa of Iseyinland, Alhaj Usman Sulaiman, National President of Atayese Peace Security, Comrade Wasiu Muraina(WASCO), leaders of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria(MACBAN), Oke-Ogun Cattle Breeders Association and others lauded Alhaj Ambassador Yakub Bello and WYDEF.
The hitch free programme had in attendance of people of glitz and glams from both near and distance.
