The Sabiganna of Iganna Kingdom and Chairman, Traditional Council in Iwajowa Local Government, Area of Oyo State, HRM Oba Abdul Azeez Oyemonla Agunloye IV has emphasised on importance of unity, love and synergy for attainment of progress and development in Oke-Ogun Zone.
Oba Sabiganna harped on these unavoidable factors, while the Aseyin of Iseyinland, HRM Oba Sefiu Olawale Oyebola made familiarisation tour to his palace in Iganna kingdom.
Chairman, Traditional Council in Iwajowa LG maintained that an attainment of unprecedented progress in Oke-Ogun axis of Oyo State could be feasible while unity, love, togetherness and synergy are acknowledged as unavailable antidotes.
He revealed that, God almighty has firm reasons for existence of all dwellers in the zone and He had no doubt provided everything at their disposal for comfort and better future for the next generation.
He said, the sustenance of unity and oneness among the traditional rulers had unequivocally birthed new era in the history of Oke-Ogun.
The monarch called on all and sundry to close all ranks, relate friendly and give no more rooms for divide and rule tactics, which keep orchestrating retrogression of the zone and its dwellers.
On attainment of progress, Oba Agunloye reiterated on sustainable synergies amongst the traditional class,educated class and political class for the re-engineering of Oke-Ogun for accelerated developments.
He called on individuals belonging to each class to ensure that their efforts, patriotism and relentlessness are geared towards the growth and betterment of Oke-Ogun.
The Monarch used the avenue to appeal to all sons and daughters of Oke-Ogun zone to henceforth jettison sentiment,acrimony but oneness, unity and love, which would bring peace and development to everybody.
He urged Aseyin-in – council, sons and daughters of iseyin land,home and diaspora to keep supporting the new king for all round development across the length and breath of Iseyinland and its environs.
He however enjoined all regardless of religious beliefs to ensure they continue to pray for Alhaji Ahmed Raji SAN, whom he described as a just and God sent that ensures equitable distribution of his resources and wealth to all the nooks and crannies of the zone.
