Oyo MAAN Pays Courtesy Visit to SSG, Musibaudeen Babatunde, Introduces Association’s Vision, Objectives
The Oyo State Chapter of the Muslim Awareness Association of Nigeria (MAAN) has paid a courtesy and congratulatory visit to the newly appointed Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Oyo State, Prof. Musibaudeen Adetunji Babatunde, at his office.
The MAAN delegation was led by the National President of the Association, Barr. Abdulwaheed Olowonjaye, and accompanied by the State Coordinator, Alhaji Abdjelil Agboluaje, alongside other executive members of the association.
The visit was undertaken to formally congratulate Prof. Babatunde on his well-deserved appointment and to introduce the vision, objectives, and ongoing activities of MAAN in Oyo State, particularly in the areas of civic awareness, peacebuilding, and community development.
In his remarks, Prof. Musibaudeen Adetunji Babatunde expressed appreciation to the MAAN leadership for the visit and described the engagement as timely and encouraging. He called for sustained collaboration between his office and the association in advancing public awareness, promoting peaceful coexistence, and supporting initiatives that contribute to the socio-economic development of Oyo State. The SSG further assured MAAN of his readiness to support its programs and initiatives in line with the development agenda of the state government.
The meeting concluded on a cordial note with prayers offered for the success of the SSG in office and for the continued progress and prosperity of Oyo State.
