The former Councillor for Ward 05(Ijo, Ashin, Pamo, Alubo) in Kajola Local Government, Area of Oyo State, Hon. Rasaq Abiodun Idowu has unveiled his account of stewardship and equally extended gratitude to people over successful representation.

Among the scorecards unfolded by him, were provision of over 20 rings to make community wells functional for constituents’ use, repair of culverts with rings, provision of micro empowerments for constituents, payment of hospital bills and NEPA bills respectively.
Also, he disclosed that collective efforts with colleagues were made on sponsorship of motions on building of hostels at Iseyin LAUTECH to improve the council’s IGR, erection of solar lights in each ward, purchase of land for cashew farming, repair of dysfunctional boreholes and identification of wards’ challenges for government’s knowledge but none was implemented by the executive arm, after the bills had been passed.
In his appreciation, “The prophet(s. a. w) says ” he who does not give thanks to human, will not give thanks to God “.

“I want to use this medium to appreciate my people, the beautiful people of ward 05 without you my regime, which is yours, would not have been a successful one, as much as I love my ward and my people we have to say goodbye to the office occupied by me. since we all know power is transient, no one remains in power forever but I promise my love for my ward and the people of the ward will not waiver”.

“lastly to those who gave their support to us and to those who did not support us, I want to assure you that we are not enemies but friends with conflict of ideas. i hope this does not damage the good relationship we share”, the statement concluded.
