The Vice Chairman, Kajola Local Government, Area of Oyo State and Political Head, Iwa Local Council Development Area(LCDA), Hon(Dr) Robert Adeniji has graded the existing roads and also created the ones within, in order to make Ilero Ifelodun Market accessible to both motorists and pedestrians.
Ifelodun Market which locates along Otu road, had got intervention of the Political Head of Iwa LCDA, so as to ensure that the motorists and pedestrians have access to it and the market’s centre becomes expanded for activities.
Dr Robert Adeniji, in a chat with acrossnigerianews.com disclosed that the market needs to have free entry and exit to both motorists and pedestrians for the transactions of goods, and animals that they display on every Tuesday.
He added that, road is one of the factors that would boom and flourish the market for attainment of greatness.
The Political Head, promised not to relent in his resolve to deliver expectedly and positively, on purpose he was elected into the office.
The Elero of Ileroland, HRM Oba(Alhaj) Wasiu Oyedele Saka expressed his excitement for this act and however appreciated the effort of the Political Head.
He encouraged everyone to patronise the market on every Tuesday, that it is an expanded market which sits on nothing less than 6 acres of land with surplus cattles, rams, various farm produce for sales.
