Former Deputy Governor of Oyo state, Engr. Rauf Aderemi Olaniyan has reacted to the death of the eldest child of the late former Governor of Oyo state, Abiola Ajimobi.
His reaction is contained in a release personally signed by him and made available to news men on Thursday in Ibadan.
News of the death of Bisola broke in the early hours of Thursday, 27th of March, 2025.
She reportedly died in the United Kingdom, aged 42.
She was married to Kolapo Kola-Daisi.
Reacting to the news of her death, Engr. Olaniyan said that he was extremely shocked to receive the news of the death the young and enterprising woman.
According to him, Bisola, who until her death, was an aide of the Minister for Budget and planning had been taken in her prime.
” I am devastated by this unfortunate news”.
” My heart goes out to Her Excellency, Mrs. Florence Ajimobi, my brother, Kolapo, the entire families of Ajimobi and Kola-Daisi”.
