Prominent legal figure Alhaj Ahmed Raji, SAN, recently paid a courtesy visit to the Olubadan-designate, His Imperial Majesty Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, to extend his congratulations and well-wishes for a successful and impactful reign.
The visit, which took place at the monarch’s residence in Ibadan underscored the significance of the traditional institution in modern society.
During the visit, Alhaji Raji, an Iseyin native, praised Oba Ladoja’s diverse background, noting that his extensive experience in both the private and public sectors would be a great asset to the traditional institution.
Raji expressed confidence that the new Olubadan’s reign would bring about positive change, not only for Ibadan but also for the development of Oyo State, the Southwest region, and Nigeria as a whole.
In a gesture of solidarity and respect, Alhaji Raji pledged his unwavering support to the Olubadan-designate. He emphasized his personal connection to the monarch, stating that as a “son of the Oba in all ways,” Oba Ladoja could count on him to contribute to efforts aimed at improving the lives of people.
