Alhaji Muftau Oluwatoyin Oladoja, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Affluence OBA-B Hotel, widely known as ‘OBA-B’, has distributed food item to the needy in Iseyin, Oyo State, as a gesture of charity during the holy month of Ramadan.
The distribution, which took place recently in Iseyin Local Government Area, saw OBA-B provided bags of Semovita to economically disadvantaged residents.
OBA-B emphasized that the period of Ramadan is a time for Muslims to abstain from food and drink from dawn until sunset, and also a time to empathize with and support those who struggle to afford basic necessities.
“The act of showing generosity to economically disadvantaged ones in the society is important before, during and after Ramadan,” OBA-B stated.
He further prayed for the acceptance of all acts of worship, intentions, and prayers made during Ramadan and beyond. “May Allah grant all acts, intention and prayers that are being made during this period of Ramadan and thereafter,” he said.
OBA-B concluded by praying for the ease of the remaining days of fasting and for future years to be filled with bliss and prosperity.
