Governor Seyi Makinde has appointed Hon. (Engr.) Tajudeen Bello Olori, former political head of the Iganna Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in Iwajowa Local Government Area, as a board member of The Polytechnic Ibadan.

Olori’s name was included in the recently publicized list of members for the institution’s Governing Council/Board.
The full list of appointees for The Polytechnic Ibadan’s Governing Council/Board includes Prof. Lanre Nassar as Chairman, with Prince Adeleke Akinboye Ajala, Prof. Adunola Olaitan Olutayo, Prof. (Engr.) Mudasiru Lateef Owolabi, Mr. Abduljelili Sunmonu, Mr. Ogungbe Oladele Tunji, and Mrs. Eniola Lucy Bola serving as members alongside Hon. Tajudeen Olori.
This appointment follows Governor Makinde’s approval of chairmen and members for the Governing Councils/Boards of various tertiary institutions across Oyo State. Other academic institutions receiving new Governing Councils/Boards include the Oyo State College of Education, Lanlate; Oyo State College of Agriculture, Igboora; The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki; and Oyo State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Eleyele, Ibadan.
