The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of FGN Power Company Limited and former member of the 7th National Assembly, Hon. Kola Olabiyi, has extended his congratulations to Hon. Ayo Hulayat Omidiran on her appointment as the Executive Chairman of the Federal Character Commission (FCC).
He also congratulated Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye on his appointment as the Commissioner representing Oyo State in the commission.
Olabiyi lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Hon. Omidiran who was equally a former member of the 7th National Assembly. He praised her consideration, noting that she would no doubt serve diligently, honestly, patriotically, and conscientiously.

The former federal parliamentarian also offered warm greetings to Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye, former chairman of the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON) and current Deputy National ALGON Emeritus.
Olabiyi described Abass-Aleshinloye’s appointment as a welcome development, noting that his wealth of experience, knowledge, wisdom, and skills would positively impact the commission.
He affirmed that Abass-Aleshinloye’s competence and dynamism would be a valuable asset to the FCC and the nation.
He prayed for their divine direction and synergy that would culminate in unprecedented feats, as they show unwavering commitment to national service.
