The Executive Chairman of Iwajowa Local Government Area, Hon. Muritala Abiodun Oyewumi (Natural) has just sworn in the newly appointed Supervisors and Special Assistants at the Legislative Chamber.

Hon. Muritala Abiodun Oyewumi during his welcome address appreciated his Excellency the Executive Governor of Oyo State Engr. Seyi Abiodun Makinde FNSE for his magnanimity and unwavering commitment to reward everyone who has worked assiduously for the party. The Chairman also showed gratitude to all the party leaders in Iwajowa, especially Hon. Barr. Adeniyi John Farinto for his spirit of love and unity to all party members.
He encouraged all the new appointees not to see themselves as the only lucky ones, but to continue to strive for the growth and development of our dear party.
The Chairman seized the opportunity to announce the reshuffling of some portfolios with immediate.
In their goodwill messages, the former caretaker Chairmen of Iwajowa, Hon. AB Azeez and Hon. Timothy Bolarinwa admonished the appointees to toe the path of the Chairman and uphold the Restoration Agenda of this Administration. Also, the party leaders such as Hon. Yekeen Asafa and Alhaji Kazeem Olatunji expressed their deep gratitude to the Governor for adding to the existing appointments at the local level.
The Amunijio of Ijio land, Oba Mudashir Oyewobi on behalf of other Traditional Rulers encouraged the newly appointed Supervisors and Special Assistants to see themselves as good ambassadors of Iwajowa and the People’s Democratic Party in particular.
