The Executive Chairman of Iwajowa Local Government Area Hon. Muritala Abiodun Oyewumi (Natural) was earlier today present at the flag-off of the Education Support Program for the distribution of 5,000 Exercise Books to Primary & Secondary School Students in Iwajowa LGA at Community Basic School Ayetoro – Ile which was organized by the Honourable representing Iwajowa State Constituency Hon. Anthony Oladejo Ogunsola.
The Chairman in his speech appreciated the Executive Governor of Oyo State Engr. Seyi Abiodun Makinde FNSE, D.Sc., GSSRS for the opportunity given to him and other State Assembly members to always extend the dividends of democracy to the people at the local level.
The Chairman admonished all party stakeholders and party faithfuls present to always work for the survival and emergence of PDP at every poll – that it’s only when the Party is in government that opportunity would go round.
The Chairman further applauded Hon. Anthony Ogunsola for the production of 5,000 exercises books for students at this critical time that some students are struggling to afford writing materials.
He maintained that his administration will continue to support and grace any activity that involves our dear Party without giving chance to bystanders to destabilize it.
