The Monarch extended greetings to people of Igbetiland in Mecca and at home on occasion of Eid el Adha, praying that the joy and happiness that connect with the celebration will not elude them.
In another vein, Oba Abioye called for sustained peace, progress and rapid development that would take Igbetiland and Olorunsogo as a whole from where it is now to the next level.
He sought the cooperation and maximum support of the community leaders in his quest to move Igbetiland and Olorunsogo Local Government to the zenith level.
Oba Abioye thanked all illustrious sons and daughters of the ancient town for the support so far, asking for sustained cooperation as Oliver Twist would continue to request for more.
He enjoined all to celebrate moderately and however prayed for the betterment and progress of those at home and in the diaspora.
