The Alado of Ado-Awaye in Araromi Local Council Development Area(LCDA), Iseyin Local Government Area of Oyo State, HRM Oba Ademola Olugbile Folakanmi has conferred Chieftaincy Titles on the trio of Chief Joshua Bolatito Olalere, Chief Timothy Ogunleke and Chief Odoba Abel Oche.
Chef Joshua Bolatito Olalere who was installed as the Amuludun of Ado-Awaye is the Chairman Delight Communications/Editor-in-Chief, Okeho News, Chief Timothy Ogunleke who got certificate as the Baale Agbe of Ado-Awaye was the former political head, Araromi Local Council Development Area and Chief Odoba Abel Oche turned the Are Akeweje of Ado-Awaye respectively.
The historical event which happened on Friday, 15th November, 2024 at Alado Residential Palace Oke-Odo, Ado-Awaye featured High Chief David Akintayo, The Aro of Ado-Awaye & Head of King Makers with decoration of newly installed chiefs by Akóko leaves.
Oba Folakanmi confirmed their installations with presentation of certificates that had inscriptions of their new offices, praying for their more prosperity, sound health, bliss and peace of mind as they became new chiefs of the ancient town.
There were crowds of people who are friends, family members, business partners and associates who accompanied and felicitated the new chiefs on their installations.
In their appreciation, they thanked the monarch, Alado in Council and all Indigenes of Ado-Awaye for their resolve to make them new chiefs, promising to work assiduously and patriotically on purpose that warranted their installations.
The epoch making occasion had in attendance of government dignitaries, the monarch, HRM Oba Ademola Olugbile Folakanmi, Alado in Council, Araromi LCDA Council of Chiefs and Obas, Council of Honourary Chiefs, friends, families and host of others.
