The late Oyo federal lawmaker, Hon. Olaide Akinremi Jagaban is said to be buried 4 pm today in Ibadan, according to Islamic rites.
According to one of the late lawmaker’s close ally, he said, the remains of the Ibadan North federal constituency lawmaker is on it way to Ibadan and will be received at Ibadan airport.
It was said, that one of the late Akinremi’s colleagues, Hon. Abass Adigun Agboworin arranged for a chartered flight to convey the body of the lawmaker to Ibadan from Abuja. The plane is expected to land in Alakia, Ibadan local airport anytime from 2:30 pm today.
It was confirmed that Hon. Akinremi who died this morning in Abujà after a brief illness will be buried at Eternal Homes Cemetery at Km 25 Ibadan-Oyo road, Afijio Local.Government Oyo State.
