Barely three days after the distribution of note books and mathematical sets to secondary schools across the four local governments, member of the Federal House of Representatives representing Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Iwajowa/Kajola Federal Constituency, Oyo State, Hon. Najimdeen Oyeshina Oyedeji(OSHINE) has commissioned a block of six classrooms.
The Project located at ADS Basic School, Eeyele, Okeho, Kajola Local Government, Area of Oyo State was on Saturday, 9th November, 2024 commissioned by the Federal Parliamentarian
Oshine who had about 3 days ago distributed note books and mathematical sets to students, revealed that the latest commission of a block of six classrooms was his firm stance on attainment of standard and qualitative education.
He enjoined the teachers, students and other members of public to make good use of the edifice, pledging to maintain the facilitated school from his pocket for the next one year.
In another vein, he rolled out his score cards since assumption of office, and which were itemised as follows:
Distribution of 80 laptops, scholarships to 42 indigent students, distribution of 100.solar powers, purchase of a tractor, distribution of 100 bags of fertilizer within 3 months, food supply to the constituents.
Also, N20M for about 460 beneficiaries as monetary empowerment, construction of toilet at Iseyin Kara Market, efforts on ongoing rehabilitation of Okeho-Iganna road, sponsorship of 12 persons for free training, sponsorship of 4 trainees for shoe making at Mufeed Dallax Craft, 47 tools, machines , hairdryers to about 130 people across the four local governments, funds for members of cooperative societies, and grading of roads amongst others.
Earlier, PDP Chairman in Kajola Local Government, Hon. Johnson Ojebiyi commended Oshine for perfect representation that brings dividends of democracy to constituents across the federal constituency.
Ojebiyi unveiled the lawmakers score cards which had touched the areas of agriculture, education, health, empowerments and power among others.
Education Secretary in Kajola Local Government, Mrs Sherifat Taiwo showered encomiums on the federal lawmaker over his numerous contributions which had greatly touched education, enjoining him not to relent in his efforts to do more for attainment of sound education.
The epoch making occasion had in attendance of PDP local executives in Kajola LG, party leaders, religious leaders, education stakeholders, Iseyin PDP Chieftans and others respectively.
