Motorists, tricyclists, motorcyclists and other users plying Iseyin-Oyo road are to limit their speeds, sequel to possession of many corners on the route.
The road of about thirty five(35) kilometres which Governor Seyi Makinde had made motorable now making transportation convenient for people of Oyo and Oke-Ogun zones.
The Federal road had for long been in a deplorable condition, before Oyo Government intervened for its reconstruction.
Acrossnigerianews.com in an exclusive interaction with a commercial motorist, Mojeed Ajibade said, the road was not a straight one where the users could accelerate their speed.
Ajibade said, when it was in a deplorable condition, they had no knowledge of these corners, until it became motorable to ply without pains.
A motorcyclist who plies the route frequently, Sunday Ademola said he had been saved by God almighty on many occasions on that road, sequel to possession of many corners and others’ inability to control speed while at tight corners.
Ademola called on all frequent users and others who have not been plying Iseyin-Oyo road to exercise caution and limit their speed while on the road.
A passenger, Segun Owoade commended Governor Seyi Makinde for making the road motorable after years of its deplorable condition.
Owoade asked both Oyo and Federal Governments to think of other methods to make the road straight in order to prevent loss of lives.
