We appreciate the various responses from different angles concerning the February 5, 2025 Press Commence that Egbe Àjọṣepọ̀ Fún Ìtẹsiwájú Gbogbo Wa held at its headquarters office in Iseyin.

Furthermore, on behalf of Egbe Àjọṣepọ̀ Fún Ìtẹsiwájú Gbogbo Wa, i like to say that we are not going to join issues with our sons and daughters concerning their conclusions about Dr. Jonathan Ojedokun because they were all friends and we really didn’t know what must have transpired among them.
But, what we know, among other things, is that Dr. Jonathan Ojedokun is willing, ready, yielded, dedicated, committed and passionate about whatever he does.
Dr. Jonathan may not be perfect snd no one He may not be the best among the youths, one thing we cannot deny is his commitment snd dedication to any cause he believes in. He is willing, ready, resolute, determined and passionate about getting result.
Having said this about Dr. Jonathan, i like to say that Dr. Jonathan is not representing the Youths or any town in our association and this goes for every member of the Admin which is the body standing in for the yet-to-be-inaugurated. Executive.
In other words, Dr. Jonath is an entity that represents himself using his time, talent and treasure. He is our midst as a lover of Òkèògùn and it is good we see things and assess him from such an objective viewpoint.
Then, this will make me to say, by way of emphasy, that Egbe Àjọṣepọ̀ Fún Ìtẹsiwájú Gbogbo Wa is not in support of any politucal party or candidate. What our assocaition stands for is power shift and rotational governorship in Oyo State politics.
We are going to support any party whose candidate is chosen outside Ibadan in the spirit of fairness, justice, equity and equality of all men and women before God and before the law as expressed in the constitition of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
What we are saying is that power should begin to rotate henceforth. From Ibadan to Okeogun, from Okeogun to Ìbàràpá, Oyo and Ògbómọ̀ṣọ́. The reason why power should rotate is to promote even develoment of the all the other regions.
Finally, our association will want every son and daughter of Òkèògùn to make his or her own contributions. So, we welcome everyone on board including Dr. Jonathan’s friends who are out of favour with him temporarily.
Finally, our association is looking forward to seeing brilliant ideas and connections from all our young ones. Let us all try to eschew any negative tendencies that can cause division which can jeopardise our chances of pursuing our goal to achieve our GOAL.
Thank you and God bless you all.
