Hon. Ishola Sunday, an indigene of Idiko-Ago in Iwajowa Local Government, Area of Oyo State has been appointed as the Director General for Muri/Sanni Campaign Council.
Those who also made list are Salam Wahab, Oyinlola Philip and Adeniji Yetunde among others.
Hon. Muritala Oyewumi(Natural) and Hon. Waheed Sanni are the chairmanship and vice chairmanship candidates of PDP, Iwajowa Local Government, who are to participate at the local government’s election that is scheduled for 2024.
The Director, Information/Media and Strategies, Comrade Kazeem Oladeinde disclosed this in a letter of appointment made available to acrossnigerianews.com.
According to him, “the Campaign Council is to be headed by Hon. Ishola Sunday Olayinka, a politician of note from Idiko-Ago in Iwajowa Local Government”.
“This Campaign Council according to the Director of Information/ Media and Strategies, Comr. Kazeem Oladeinde HAMMED will make it their point of interest to work assiduously to plan an issue based campaign activities in Iwajowa and deliver all our candidates during elections”.
“The Campaign Director – General, Hon. Ishola Sunday Olayinka is a graduate of Political Science from University of Ado-Ekiti. He was appointed as the Special Assistant to the former Caretaker Chairman Iwajowa in 2011. He was also a one time Supervisory Councillor for Health between 2020 and 2021”.
“The Director – General and other members of the Council are hereby admonished to see their appointment as an opportunity to serve and propagate the good intentions of His Excellency Engr Seyi Abiodun Makinde the Executive Governor of Oyo State”.
“Please accept my warmest congratulations on your new assignment”, Director said.
