Oyo Assembly Aspirant, Aleem Oyinlola Sponsors Football Competition in Kajola LGA as Engagement Begins Thursday May 15th
Aspiring Oyo State House of Assembly member, Honourable Isa Ajibola Aleem Oyinlola, in collaboration with the Kajola Local Government Area chapter of the Nigeria Coaches’ Association, is set to host a football competition in Kajola LGA. The tournament aims to foster community engagement and sportsmanship within the region.
The Planning Committee, through its Secretary, Nasiru Hassan Adimu (NHA), has extended an invitation to the general public to attend the matches and support the participating teams.
Twelve teams from across Kajola LGA will compete for top honors in the competition. The participating teams have been divided into four groups:
- Group A: Bibire FC (Ilero), Mammoth FC (Okeho), United FC (Ilero)
- Group B: Eminent FC (Ayetoro-Oke), United FC (Okeho), Golden Super FC (Okeho)
- Group C: Isemi-Ile FC (Isemi-Ile), Generation FC (Okeho), Lucky Star FC (Okeho)
- Group D: NOVAS FC (Okeho), Greater Tomorrow FC (Okeho), Galaxy FC (Okeho)
The competition is scheduled to kick off on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the First Baptist Basic School, Isia, Okeho. The opening match will feature a Group A clash between Bibire FC of Ilero and United FC, also from Ilero, with the game commencing at 4:00 PM.
The organizers expressed their enthusiasm and looked forward to a successful and engaging tournament.
