Ogbomoso-born politician and Chieftain of Social Democratic Party (SDP), Hon. Taofiq Aolalubarika Sakariya has described good governance as the one that cares for the masses regardless of status.
Aolalubarika, who is from Ogbomoso North Local Government, Area of Oyo State maintained this position during an interactive session with acrossnigerianews.com
The Chieftain of SDP disclosed that, good governance should be hundred percent aimed at improving the general welfare of the masses at all levels.
Aolalubarika hinted that, the welfare of masses on areas of food, shelter and cloth should not be handled with levity hands.
He therefore called on Public Office Holders and general politicians at all levels to prioritise good governance that would no doubt birth people living comfortable life but not just existing.
He expatiated that, people’s access to good health care system, portable water, electricity, other basic infrastructures and enabling environment for businesses and commercial engagements had truly justified availability of true democracy and its dividends.
