Member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Iwajowa/Kajola Federal Constituency, Oyo State, Hon. Oyeshina Oyedeji has expressed sadness over the death of Ex-Chairman, Kajola Local Government and member of the Governing Council of the Polytechnic Ibadan, Barr. Jide Ojolowo.
The deceased, who was Okeho-born Lawyer cum politician transited to journey of no return on Saturday, 2nd March, 2024 after a brief illness.
The Federal Parliamentarian mourned the death of his kinsman, in a condolence statement signed and made available to acrossnigerianews.com
He said he was shocked to have learnt that the former Council boss and member of Polytechnic Ibadan Governing Council had left this sinful world.
Okeho-born lawmaker hinted that his death has made him depressed and devastated, that it occurred while no one dreamt of.
Oshine described late Barr. Jide Ojolowo as a cerebral lawyer, notable politician and erudite communicator whose death had become great loss to Okeho and Kajola Local Government at large.
He characterised the deceased as a man with enormous knowledge, wisdom and natural instincts whose God’s given talents had been helpful and beneficial to many in the community and beyond.
Oshine maintained that he would sorely miss the legal icon and community leader per excellence, while he can’t be found to function where his contributions and quotas are needed on burning issues.
The Vice Chairman House Committee on Ecological Fund said he believed in the fact that he came to this world, his impacts were felt and also left while God had predestined.
He commiserated with the family members, entire Kajola Local Government and also People’s Democratic Party(PDP) over his death.
Oshine prayed God almighty to grant him eternal rest and however gives all that he left behind the fortitude to bear an irreplaceable loss.
