Commendation has gone to Member of Oyo State House of Assembly, representing Kajola State Constituency, Hon. Musbau Azeez popularly known as ‘ACTION’ over sponsorship of free viewership of African Cup of Nations(AFCON) finals between Nigeria and Ivory Coast.
The match that comes up tomorrow Sunday, 10th February will have the following selected centres :Okeho Centre:
Luku Biewing Centre, beside Fmr. Skye Bank, Okeho, Ayetoro-Oke|Iwere-Oke|Ilaji-Oke Centre, Abey Viewing Centre, behind Police Station, Ayetoro-Oke,Ilua|Isemi-Ile|Imia Centre:
Sunday iewing Centre, Ilua, Ilero Centre;
Starlight Vewing Centre, Elero Market, Ilero and Oseni Viewing Centre, Gbonje Okeho for football lovers to watch the match for free.
Okeho-born Lawmaker had earlier sponsored the Semifinal Match between Nigeria and South Africa which took place on Wednesday, 7th February at the above designated centres.
Damilola Abel who watched the match at the viewing centre in Ilero showered encomiums on lawmaker for unifying all football lovers regardless of political affiliations.
Ademola Julius from Ilaji-Oke said the step taken by the lawmaker had shown that politics and its benefits now goes beyond limitation to party members.
In his own submission, ACTION noted that the reason that precipitated this development was to bring everybody together,without minding where a football lover comes from.
He added that football remains only a unifying factor which brings all together, regardless of parties, religions and other dichotomies.
The Lawmaker prayed for success of Super Eagles of Nigeria as they set to face the host country, Ivory Coast in AFCON finals.
He also prayed for those who lost their lives when the semifinal match was played between Nigeria and South Africa, says may their souls rest in perfect peace.
He however promised to enhance effective representation that would see to the growth and development of Kajola State Constituency.
