Member of Oyo State House of Assembly, representing Iwajowa State Constituency, Hon. Anthony Ogunsola has congratulated all adherents of Islam on completion of Ramadan 1445 and equally welcomed them all to Islamic new month(Shawwal) which calls for the celebration of Eid-el-Fitri.
Ayetoro-Ile-born Lawmaker justified the importance of love, unity, togetherness and generosity to one another, as factors that sustain human existence.
In a release made available to acrossnigerianews.com, the Chairman, House Committee on Solid Minerals Development expressed his sincere felicitations to Muslims in his constituency and across the nation.
Ogunsola highlighted the significance of Eid-el-Fitri as a time of renewal, gratitude, communal solidarity and period while all adherents of Islam should reflect deeply on the teachings of the just concluded Ramadan.
The lawmaker encouraged constituents, and all Nigerians to show love, unity, compassion, and generosity, so that the purpose of human existence would be unequivocally justified.
He encouraged all to imbibe the valuable lessons learnt during Ramadan,
striving to be better individuals, neighbours and citizens while spreading message of peace, love and unity.
He reminded them to continue practising the virtues of patience, kindness, and generosity beyond Ramadan, integrating them into their daily lives and interactions with others.
He however tasked them to use the current occasion of Eid-el-Fitri to pray for the governments of Governor Seyi Makinde and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for God to give them natural directions that would yield attainment of good governance to better all and sundry.
Ogunsola reiterated his commitment to main purpose that brought him on board as the representative of the state constituency, and however pledged that he would not hesitate to deliver on his electioneering campaign.
He enjoined Muslims to ensure strict adherence to the tenets of Islam and at large refrain from acts that are capable of destroying the good deeds that they sacrificed in the month of Ramadan.
